2024 Highleah Carrying Charge Increase Letter

This is the notice that was distributed to all members regarding the carrying charge increase effective June 1, 2024.

This is the governing document for the cooperative. By-Laws can be changed only by a majority vote of the membership.

Articles of Incorporation

The cooperative was established in 1967 and is a not for profit Missouri corporation for the purpose of providing affordable housing.

These are the rules and regulations that members must agree to abide by during residency. The Rules & Regulations are established by the board of directors and are subject to change from time to time.

Cooperative members should look for a specific type of coverage to insure their personal property.

Complaint Form

Members are encouraged to resolve differences with their neighbors. However, if these differences cannot be resolved a complaint may be filed with the office. Management and the board will investigate and take appropriate action for rules or policy violations or violations of the Occupancy Agreement. Anonymous complaints are not processed.
